A Drone Design Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and their systems. Key responsibilities include creating design specifications, conducting simulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Create detailed design specifications for UAVs.

Develop prototypes and conduct performance testing.

Collaboration:

Work with software engineers, hardware engineers, and project managers.

Communicate design concepts and technical information effectively.

Testing and Evaluation:

Conduct simulations and flight tests to evaluate UAV performance.

Analyze test data to improve designs and resolve issues.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for designs and processes.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Required Skills:

Technical Proficiency:

Strong knowledge of aerodynamics and flight mechanics.

Proficiency in CAD software for design and modeling.

Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB.

Education and Experience:

Degree Requirements:
