Job Description:
As a Speech Recognition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing speech recognition systems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our speech recognition algorithms. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality voice recognition solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop speech recognition models and algorithms.
Analyze and preprocess audio data for training and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate speech recognition capabilities into applications.
Conduct experiments to evaluate and improve model performance.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in speech recognition technology and methodologies.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in speech recognition, natural language processing, or machine learning.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Familiarity with speech recognition frameworks and tools (e.g., Kaldi, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
