Job Title - ITIL Specialist

Experience - 3- 8 years

Location - New Delhi

• ITIL Process Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain ITIL best practices for incident management, change management, problem management, service catalog, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Service Improvement: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for continuous service improvement.
• ITSM Tool Management: Configure, manage, and enhance ITSM tools to align with ITIL standards.
• Incident & Problem Resolution: Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents and problems, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Training and Awareness: Provide training and guidance to IT teams and stakeholders on ITIL processes and standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to ensure IT services align with organizational goals and customer needs.
• Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of ITIL processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of ITIL processes and related activities.
