Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The HR Coordinator will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate communication with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Benefits Administration:
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employee development.
Assist in tracking employee training and development progress.
HR Projects:
Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed, including employee engagement surveys and performance management processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role or administrative support.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
