Role- HR Technology Consultant
Experience- 2-4 years
Location - New Delhi
Role and Responsibilities :
Assess Business Needs: Evaluate the current HR processes and identify areas for improvement through technology.
Implement HR Systems: Oversee the deployment of HR software solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Manage Vendor Relationships: Liaise with software vendors to negotiate contracts, manage service levels, and ensure effective support.
Collaborate with HR Teams: Work closely with HR personnel to understand their needs and provide tailored technology solutions.
Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to provide insights that drive decision-making and improve HR strategies.
Training and Support: Provide training to HR staff on new systems and ongoing support to ensure effective use of technology.
