Job Role - Compliance Manager
Experience - 3-8 years
Location - New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide compliance policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including [relevant industry regulations, e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, AML, etc.].
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance gaps.
- Train and educate employees on regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and auditors.
- Investigate compliance violations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, reports, and records.
- Collaborate with legal, HR, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance alignment.
- Stay up to date with evolving regulatory changes and industry standards.
