Job Description
Talent Acquisition: Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, creating job descriptions, and managing the recruitment process to attract qualified candidates.
Onboarding and Orientation: Designing and facilitating effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance management systems that include goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Employee Development: Identifying training and development needs, creating development plans, and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Succession Planning: Collaborating with leadership to identify high-potential employees and creating succession plans to ensure a strong talent pipeline for key positions.
Employee Engagement: Conducting surveys and assessments to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement, and implementing initiatives to improve workplace culture.
Retention Strategies: Analyzing turnover data and developing strategies to retain top talent, including career development opportunities and employee recognition programs.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensuring that talent management practices comply with labor laws and industry standards, and staying updated on best practices in talent management.
