Job Description:
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chairman will play a critical role in supporting the Chairman’s daily operations. This involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing presentations, and maintaining effective communication channels across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Travel Management: Efficiently manage calendar and travel logistics, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and trips.
- Event & Meeting Management: Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities; prepare MOMs and follow-up on action items.
- Business Correspondence: Draft, manage, and send emails/official communications on behalf of the Chairman; handle confidential correspondence.
- Data Analysis & MIS: Prepare and manage reports, including MIS and business data analysis.
- Vendor & Office Management: Oversee office management tasks and handle vendor relationships, ensuring timely service and support.
- Presentation & Communication: Prepare presentations, transcribe and format documents; maintain strong communication channels with management and directors.
- Interpersonal Skills & Leadership: Exhibit strong interpersonal communication, strategic thinking, and agile leadership to enhance team collaboration and process execution.
