Role - HR Business Partner
Experience - 2-4 years
Location - New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify business needs and develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including writing job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR programs.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks for the organization.
Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
Relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are advantageous.
