We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with deep expertise in the retail domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP Finance implementations within a retail business environment and expertise in integrating SAP with in-store and eCommerce platforms.
✅ Lead or contribute to 1-2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations in a retail environment.
✅ Define and optimize financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, and Procure-to-Pay cycles.
✅ Configure SAP FI components – General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Banking integration.
✅ Set up payment methods (ISO 20022, SEPA, ACH, NEFT) and configure payment processes (F110).
✅ Handle SAP CO components, including Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and Profit Centers.
✅ Integrate FI/CO with MM, SD, Purchasing, and third-party platforms like Ariba, Coupa, and Vertex.
✅ Work with middleware (PI, SWIFT) for bank interfaces, payment files, and reconciliations (MT940, positive pay files).
✅ Manage Vendor, Customer, Bank, Cost/Profit Centers, and GL master data using S/4HANA Business Partner & MDG-S solutions.
✅ Develop and execute data migration strategies from ECC to S/4HANA for master and transactional data (PO, GR-IR).
✅ Utilize tools like BPM, Ariba, Concur, Blackline, and Lucernex to streamline processes.
✅ Monitor batch job scheduling using CA7 and Control-M.
✅ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability.
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
🛠 Experience: 10+ years in SAP Finance (Retail) and consulting services.

✔ Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance & core FI/CO modules.
✔ Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Banking.
✔ Expertise in Procure-to-Pay, Taxation, Pricing, and Promotions.
✔ FI/CO integration with MM, SD, and third-party platforms.
✔ Middleware experience (PI, SWIFT).
✔ Experience with BPM, Ariba, Concur, Blackline, Lucernex, and batch job scheduling tools (CA7, Control-M).
✔ Expertise in S/4HANA Business Partner and MDG-S solutions for master data management.
✔ Strong data migration knowledge from ECC to S/4HANA.
✔ Experience with payment integrations, lockbox processing, and reconciliation tools (MT940, High Radius, Hans Orga).
✔ SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance Certification.
✔ Exposure to advanced functionalities like MDG-S.
✔ Experience with eCommerce platforms and retail-specific solutions.
