🚀 We Are Hiring | HR and Admin Executive

📍 Location: Mulund, Mumbai
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
🏦 Industry: Fintech / Payment Aggregator
📄 Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR and Admin Executive to manage HR and administrative operations for a payment aggregator company with 50+ employees. If you have strong HR expertise, compliance knowledge, and a passion for employee engagement, we want to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
✅ Develop & implement HR policies in line with regulatory requirements.
✅ Handle employee engagement, grievances, and performance management.
✅ Maintain HR records, leave management, and payroll coordination.
✅ Plan and execute training & development programs.
✅ Conduct exit interviews and offboarding formalities.

Compliance & Reporting

✅ Ensure RBI guidelines and HR compliance standards are met.
✅ Maintain employee data and generate MIS reports for management.
✅ Assist in HR and admin audits.
✅ Manage statutory compliance related to labor laws, PF, ESIC, and gratuity.

Administration Management

✅ Oversee office administration, facilities management, vendor coordination, and inventory control.
✅ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including procurement and AMC renewals.
✅ Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
✅ Manage documentation and record-keeping.

Culture & Engagement

✅ Drive employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
✅ Plan and execute team-building activities & celebrations.
✅ Address employee concerns to maintain a collaborative work environment.

🔹 Key Requirements

🎓 Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
💼 Experience: 3–5 years in HR & Admin roles, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment aggregators.
🛠 Technical Skills:
HRMS & payroll systems proficiency.
✔ Strong knowledge of labor laws & compliance standards.
✔ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✔ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

🔹 Preferred Skills

✔ Experience with PCI DSS compliance & HR reporting.
✔ Knowledge of RBI audits & employee records management.
✔ Familiarity with employee engagement tools & methodologies.
