Job Role - Group Finance Manager

Experience - 3-8 years

 Job Description:

  • Financial Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
  • Financial Reporting – Oversee the consolidation and analysis of financial statements for all business units.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management – Ensure effective management of cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
  • Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to IFRS/GAAP, tax laws, and company financial policies.
  • Stakeholder Management – Liaise with investors, auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Process Improvement – Drive automation and improvements in financial systems and reporting processes.
  • Team Leadership – Manage and mentor the finance team across multiple locations.
