Job Description:

✅ Financial Management & Reporting

Oversee financial statements, general ledger, and month-end close processes.
Ensure GAAP, IFRS, and SEC compliance (if applicable).
Manage tax compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting.

✅ Strategic Planning & Budgeting

Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and cost-control strategies.
Provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.

✅ Risk Management & Internal Controls

Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.

✅ Team Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration

Lead and mentor accounting and finance teams.
Partner with executive leadership to align financial goals with business strategy.
