Job Title: Freelance HR Consultant
Experience - 2-4 years
Location - New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
HR Assessment and Strategy Development:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' HR practices and policies.
Develop customized HR strategies that align with the client’s business objectives.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Assist clients in developing effective recruitment strategies and processes.
Provide guidance on job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Employee Relations:
Advise on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Performance Management:
Design and implement performance management systems that promote employee development and accountability.
Provide training and support to managers on performance appraisal processes.
Compliance and Policy Development:
Ensure that clients comply with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various HR topics.
Organizational Development:
Support clients in change management initiatives and organizational restructuring.
Provide guidance on talent management and succession planning.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare reports for clients on HR performance and initiatives.
