Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Trial Management:

Develop, implement, and manage clinical trial protocols and operational plans.

Oversee the execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor clinical operations teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Coordinate activities among team members to ensure efficient trial execution.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Prepare and submit necessary documentation to regulatory authorities and ethics committees.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact between sponsors, clinical sites, and regulatory bodies.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in clinical trials.

Data Management and Quality Assurance:

Monitor data collection processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data.

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold high standards in clinical operations.
