Job Description

An Oracle HCM Tester plays a vital role in the quality assurance of Oracle HCM applications, ensuring that the software meets business requirements and functions correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Oracle HCM modules.
  • Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
  • Document test results and report defects to the development team.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and provide feedback on system performance.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to testing strategies and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
