Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Gurugram
Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (on paper).
Salary: UPTO ₹25,000 CTC (₹21,250 In-hand) only PF
All documents must (bill, rent agreement)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to the process.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate (Any stream).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (on paper).
Communication: Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Additional Requirements: Fluency in English is essential.
