Job Overview:  

We are seeking a professional and client-focused Receptionist to join our team at our luxury office in Marine Drive, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for clients while handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.  

- Manage front desk activities, including handling phone calls, inquiries, and incoming/outgoing documents.  

- Oversee and coordinate office administration tasks, including housekeeping, pantry management, and office supplies.  

- Maintain accurate records of personnel, inventory, and attendance.  

- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for smooth execution of office-related tasks.  

- Address and resolve any disruptions or issues that may affect the client experience.  

- Assist in planning internal events and tours of the office as needed.

Requirements:  

- Bachelor’s/Diploma with 5-8 years of experience in client relations, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or aviation industries.  

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.  

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.  

- Resourceful, proactive, and dedicated to providing exceptional client service.
