Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with 5-8 years of experience in client relations, ideally from the luxury sector. The role involves managing high-net-worth (HNI) clients, handling inquiries, and coordinating client visits to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to client inquiries from various channels such as ads, references, and marketing activities.
- Validate and record client information, ensuring it meets internal criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate client visits to the experience center, providing tours when needed.
- Act as the point of contact between clients and design teams for initial discussions.
- Manage follow-ups, reschedule visits, and keep internal teams updated on client interactions.
- Maintain diligent records of client meetings and visits.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with 5-8 years of experience in client relations.
- Proven experience handling HNI clients, ideally in the luxury sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
