Job Description:

Role Overview: A Customer Journey Designer is responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience by mapping out the customer journey and identifying areas for improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, as well as the ability to translate insights into actionable design strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points in the customer journey.

Create and maintain detailed customer journey maps to visualize the customer experience.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design strategies with business goals.

Implement service improvements based on user research and testing.

Conduct usability testing and gather insights to refine customer interactions.

Develop and maintain documentation related to customer journey processes and improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in customer experience design or a related role.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in design software and tools for creating journey maps and prototypes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the SaaS industry or similar fast-paced environments.

Familiarity with user research methodologies and design thinking principles.

Knowledge of customer experience metrics and KPIs.
