Role Overview: A Customer Journey Designer is responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience by mapping out the customer journey and identifying areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points in the customer journey.

Create and maintain detailed customer journey maps to visualize the customer experience.

Implement service improvements based on user research and testing.

Conduct usability testing and gather insights to refine customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in customer experience design or a related role.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
