• Lead and manage the creative direction for design projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives

• Develop and maintain brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels
• Oversee the design and production of digital assets, including social media content, websites, email marketing, and advertisements
• Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that enhance the brand's identity and market presence
• Present creative concepts and visual strategies to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback and refining designs as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback to ensure high-quality work
• Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met
