Job Description:
- Design, develop, and optimize bioinformatics pipelines for high-throughput data analysis.
- Implement and maintain algorithms and custom software tools to process and interpret biological data.
- Collaborate with research scientists, data scientists, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
- Analyze genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic data to support research and development projects.
- Apply machine learning and statistical methods to interpret biological datasets.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of bioinformatics processes, maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Document project progress, prepare technical reports, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
