Job Description:
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards, company career pages, and social media platforms.
- Source potential candidates through databases, online platforms, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure all pre-employment documentation is collected.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
