Role - Talent Acquisition Associate

A Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in various recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and postings
Maintain candidate records and track recruitment metrics
Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Provide support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
0-1 years of related work experience
Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
