Role - Recruitment Trainee

Experience - 2-4 years

Location - New Delhi

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent.
Post job advertisements and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
Conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or video interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for candidate feedback.
Build and maintain a candidate database for future talent pipelines.
Support the team in other administrative and operational tasks related to recruitment.
