Job Title: HR Executive

Job Location: Mumbai - Mulund

Reports To: HR Manager 

Job Overview:

The HR Executive is responsible for assisting with a wide range of HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and employee benefits administration. This role supports the HR department in ensuring that all HR processes align with organizational goals and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
    • Participate in the selection process, including conducting initial interviews and coordinating with relevant departments.
    • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding policies, benefits, and work-related issues.
    • Assist in conflict resolution and provide guidance on disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  3. HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans.
    • Assist in preparing HR reports, such as turnover rates, hiring statistics, and training metrics.
  4. Other Duties:
    • Handle other HR-related tasks as required by the HR Manager or department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administration is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
