 Job Role - HRIS Analyst

HRIS Management and Maintenance

• Manage the day-to-day operation and functionality of the HRIS, ensuring optimal performance.
• Maintain and update employee records, job profiles, and organizational structure in the system.
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Generate, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Design and produce dashboards, visualizations, and ad hoc reports.

System Configuration and Process Improvement

• Customize HRIS workflows and configurations to align with organizational needs.
• Identify and recommend system improvements to streamline HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to integrate systems and automate workflows.

Training and Support

• Provide training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting HRIS-related issues.
• Document procedures, guidelines, and FAQs for HRIS users.
