Job Role - Employer Branding Specialist
Experience - 3-8years
Location - New Delhi
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with HR, marketing, and leadership teams to define and articulate the company's employer value proposition (EVP).
Content Creation & Campaigns:
- Create compelling content for career pages, social media, job descriptions, and internal communication channels.
- Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential candidates.
Social Media & Digital Presence:
- Manage employer branding across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop social media strategies to showcase the company culture, values, and employee stories.
Employee Engagement:
- Partner with internal teams to promote employee testimonials and success stories.
- Foster brand advocacy by engaging employees in employer branding initiatives.
Analytics & Insights:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding campaigns using KPIs and reporting tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the employer brand competitive.
Events & Partnerships:
- Plan and execute employer branding events such as career fairs, webinars, and community outreach programs.
- Build partnerships with universities, professional associations, and external vendors.
