Experience - 3-8years

Strategy Development:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's HR strategy to support overall business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and open communication.
