 Job Role - Director of Talent Acquisition

Experience - 3-8 years

Location - New Delhi

  • Develop and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the talent acquisition team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Build and manage a strong employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to forecast talent needs and create scalable recruitment solutions.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Drive innovation through the use of data analytics, AI, and recruitment technology tools.
  • Develop and monitor metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are integrated into all hiring practices.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in talent acquisition.
