payroll, benefits, and HR policies, while ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal
candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in staff recruitment and HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with legal standards.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and training programs.
• Oversee office operations and facility management.
• Handle general HR administration and reporting.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of HR experience with expertise in recruitment and HR policy
development.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
