• Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and referral programs to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their sales team needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
• Screening & Evaluation: Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit through phone screenings, behavioral interviews, and other evaluation methods.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice to attract top sales professionals.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure recruitment strategies align with company objectives to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.
