Job Description:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent for retail positions, including store associates, supervisors, and managers.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration into the team.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies and develop pipelines for seasonal hiring.
Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Promote open communication and serve as a liaison between employees and leadership.
- Manage disciplinary processes and performance improvement plans as needed.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct workshops on customer service, retail operations, leadership, and compliance.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning for key roles.
HR Compliance and Administration
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the corporate HR team.
Performance Management
- Implement performance review processes, setting clear goals and KPIs for retail staff.
- Provide coaching and support to managers to enhance team performance.
- Recognize and reward high-performing employees to boost morale and retention.
HR Metrics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics, such as turnover, engagement, and absenteeism, to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Prepare HR reports for senior management to guide decision-making.
