Job Description: 

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department or company  division, managing team members, and ensuring that the business goals and objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a team to achieve departmental goals. 

• Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and productivity. • Monitor the performance of employees and provide constructive feedback. • Manage budgets, resources, and schedules.
