Job Title: SAP/ERP Sales Manager

Experience: 5-10 years (Relevant experience in SAP/ERP Sales – Domestic Market)

Location: Bangalore, (Hybrid Work)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven SAP/ERP Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the domestic market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP/ERP sales, end-to-end sales experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in SAP/ERP sales.
• Identify and engage prospective clients, converting leads into long-term business relationships.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos.
• Work closely with technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5-10 years in ERP/SAP sales (Domestic market only).
• Sales Expertise: Must have experience in end-to-end sales, not partial sales.
• Work Model: Hybrid work (should report to the office 1-2 days a week).
• CTC Structure: Should have both fixed and variable pay in the current CTC.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability: Should be able to join within 15-20 days or immediately.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
