Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in raising capital through stock offerings and bond sales.
Provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including transaction structuring.
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess investment opportunities.
Prepare and present financial reports and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with other financial professionals to execute transactions.
Work Environment: Investment bankers typically work for financial institutions and are often involved in high-pressure situations requiring quick decision-making.
