Job Title: People Operations Analyst

Experience - 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights related to employee performance, engagement, and retention.

Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to management.

Process Improvement:

Evaluate existing HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with HR teams to implement new processes and tools that streamline operations.

Employee Engagement:

Assist in the design and implementation of employee engagement surveys and initiatives.

Analyze survey results and provide recommendations to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Talent Management:

Support talent acquisition efforts by analyzing recruitment metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

Assist in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Compliance and Policy Support:

Ensure HR practices comply with legal regulations and organizational policies.

Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with HR business partners, talent acquisition, and learning and development teams to support various HR initiatives.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
