Job Title: HR Automation Specialist
Experience - 2-4 years
Location - New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis and Improvement:
Evaluate existing HR processes to identify areas for automation and improvement.
Collaborate with HR teams to understand their needs and challenges related to manual processes.
Automation Implementation:
Design, develop, and implement automated workflows for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Utilize HR technology platforms (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, Learning Management Systems) to automate processes.
System Integration:
Ensure seamless integration of HR systems and tools to facilitate data flow and improve user experience.
Work with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to HR automation.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on new automated processes and tools.
Create user documentation and resources to assist with the adoption of automated systems.
Data Management and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze data from automated HR processes to assess effectiveness and identify areas for further improvement.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR operations and automation outcomes.
Stay Current with Trends:
Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in HR automation and recommend best practices to enhance HR operations.
Participate in industry forums and professional development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
