Job Title: Co-Working Sales Manager
Location: Delhi, Okhla (On Site)
Salary Budget – 40 to 50k
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Co-Working Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Delhi, Okhla. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling co-working sales, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: -
-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including lead generation and conversion
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct tours and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal pricing and terms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Manage and report on sales performance, including pipeline management and forecasting
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in co-working sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the co-working industry, including market trends and competitor activity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
