Role Overview:
The Regional Manager will be responsible for the complete business operations and growth strategy within
the Kerala region. This is a leadership role requiring a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving
sales, managing teams, and establishing a strong market presence in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate
will possess deep understanding of the Kerala market and the ability to build and nurture relationships
across diverse segments, including B2B, B2C, B2A, and B2G.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regional Strategy & Leadership:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve revenue targets and
expand market share in Kerala.
o Provide strong leadership and direction to the Kerala team, fostering a high-performance
culture.
o Oversee all aspects of regional operations, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and
customer service.
• Sales & Business Development:
o Drive sales across B2B, B2C, B2A, and B2G segments, leveraging existing networks and
developing new opportunities.
o Identify and cultivate key partnerships with educational institutions, corporate clients,
government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
o Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
o Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Team Management & Development:
o Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team.
o Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
o Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Market Expansion & Brand Building:
o Establish and enhance brand presence in Kerala.
o Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to reach target
audiences.
o Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the EdTech domain, with a proven track record of success in
sales and business development.
• Extensive experience in managing and growing business operations in the Kerala market.
• Strong understanding of B2B, B2C, B2A, and B2G sales strategies and execution.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong network of contacts within the Kerala education and corporate sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT upskilling market.
