Job Summary: As a Virtual Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews via video conferencing tools to assess candidates' skills and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to attract top talent.
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
