Are you a data-driven Performance Marketer with a knack for ROI optimization and growth hacking? We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager – Performance Marketing to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced, analytical role and have expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Affiliate Marketing, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Plan & execute marketing strategies across web and app platforms
✅ Optimize multi-channel campaigns to maximize RoAS (Return on Ad Spend)
✅ Analyze clicks, conversions, ad spend, and ROI for performance insights
✅ Manage & execute App Campaigns to scale the active user base
✅ Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to drive growth

What We’re Looking For:

🎯 3-6 years of experience in Performance Marketing
🎯 Expertise in AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, SEM, and Affiliate Marketing
🎯 Strong analytical skills with a numbers-driven approach
🎯 Not from a core SEO, Social Media Ads, or SME background
🎯 Education: Full-time Graduation (MBA/B.Tech preferred)
🎯 3+ years experience from a reputed MBA/B.Tech college or 5+ years from any institute
