Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Handling:
    • Answer incoming calls on the company's toll-free number in a timely manner.
    • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Outbound Calls:
    • Make outbound calls to follow up on pending customer queries, orders, and quotations.
    • Conduct courtesy calls to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Pitch:
    • Deliver engaging sales pitches to potential customers, promoting Print Mark's products and services.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through clear communication.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Targets and Reporting:
    • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
    • Submit regular reports on call outcomes and customer feedback.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date on Print Mark's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
