Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR and Admin Executive to manage human resource and administrative operations for a payment aggregator company with a total employee strength of 50 employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resource Management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and performance management processes.
• Maintain HR records, leave management, and payroll processing coordination.
• Design and execute training and development programs.
• Conduct exit interviews and offboarding formalities.
2. Compliance and Reporting
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and compliance standards for HR practices.
• Maintain employee data and generate MIS reports for management review.
• Assist in audits related to HR and administrative functions.
• Support statutory compliance related to labor laws, PF, ESIC, and gratuity.
3. Administration Management
• Oversee office administration, facilities management, vendor coordination, and inventory control.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including procurement and AMC renewals.
• Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle documentation and record-keeping for administrative and operational tasks.
4. Culture and Engagement
• Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
• Plan and execute team-building activities and celebrations.
• Address employee concerns promptly to foster a collaborative environment.
