Job Role - Workforce Planning Manager
Experience - 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies to meet organizational needs.
Analyze workforce data and trends to forecast future staffing requirements.
Collaborate with HR, department heads, and senior management to identify workforce gaps and develop recruitment strategies.
Monitor and evaluate workforce metrics to assess the effectiveness of workforce planning initiatives.
Create and maintain workforce planning models and tools to support decision-making.
Conduct regular assessments of workforce capabilities and skills to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Prepare and present reports on workforce planning activities and outcomes to senior leadership.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and management.
Lead and mentor a team of workforce planning analysts and specialists.
