Job Title: Talent Development Specialist
Experience - 2-5 years
Location - New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Needs Assessment:
Conduct assessments to identify training and development needs across the organization.
Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand specific skill gaps and performance issues.
Program Design and Development:
Design and develop engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to various learning styles.
Create instructional materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.
Training Delivery:
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
Utilize various training methods, such as coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training.
Evaluation and Feedback:
Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training initiatives.
Talent Management:
Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development programs.
Assist in the development of individual development plans (IDPs) for employees.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with HR and management to align training programs with organizational goals and strategies.
Communicate training opportunities and resources to employees effectively.
Stay Current:
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent development and learning.
