Job Description- Performance Improvement Consultant

Location - New Delhi

Experience - 3-8 Years

  • Conduct comprehensive performance assessments to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement customized process improvement strategies to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through change management processes to ensure successful adoption of new practices.
  • Utilize data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement techniques.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to support organizational goals.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
