Are you an experienced sales professional with expertise in SME/Business Loans and a strong background in NBFCs or Banks? We are looking for a Manager - Sales to drive growth and success in the supply chain finance vertical!

 Role Objective:
As a Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for driving and expanding the supply chain finance portfolio. Your expertise in providing customized financing solutions and managing relationships with anchor corporates (enterprises) will be key to success.

 Responsibilities:
Build and scale the supply chain finance portfolio by prospecting and nurturing anchor corporates for invoice discounting and distribution finance products.
Develop and manage a strong sales funnel, converting enterprise clients as per KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of enterprise clients onto the platform.
Create innovative financing solutions for suppliers and anchors to strengthen their receivables & payables.
Analyze competitive offerings and develop unique value propositions.
Build strategic alliances and enhance wallet share with enterprise clients.

 What We’re Looking For:
7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, deal negotiation, and supply chain finance within NBFCs/Banks.
Strong communication skills, with a sales-driven mindset and ownership mentality.
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, start-up-oriented environment.
Graduation (Essential); MBA (Desirable).
