Job Title: Insolvency and Bankruptcy Consultant

Experience - 3-8years

Location - New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and viability studies for distressed businesses.
  • Advise clients on insolvency proceedings, bankruptcy laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement tailored debt restructuring plans and corporate recovery strategies.
  • Liaise with creditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate negotiations.
  • Prepare and submit formal documentation for insolvency and bankruptcy cases.
  • Monitor proceedings and provide ongoing support throughout the insolvency process.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, such as the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
  • Provide expert insights on risk management and financial restructuring.
  • Stay updated with changes in insolvency regulations and industry best practices.
