Key Responsibilities:
Vision and Strategy Development: Establishing the overall vision and strategic direction of the company.
Team Assembly and Leadership: Recruiting, hiring, and leading a high-performing team to execute the company's mission.
Fundraising: Identifying potential investors, pitching the business idea, and negotiating funding terms.
Product Development: Collaborating with product teams to ensure offerings meet market needs and customer expectations.
Customer Acquisition and Retention: Developing strategies to attract and retain customers, ensuring sustainable growth.
Culture and Values Establishment: Defining and nurturing the company culture and values to align with the mission.
Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
